Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a Proposal Specialist based in Mexico City to develop commercial offers aligned with strategic goals. You will lead and support content, estimates, and approvals to deliver compliant proposals.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with sales, application consultants, and partners, requiring strong English and up to 10% travel to the United States or Canada for proposal responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; valid work authorization for assigned country.
• 5+ years of related experience in an industrial environment (engineering, projects, maintenance, and support).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to US/Canada; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop commercial offers within strategic and financial goals.
• Lead or support content and estimates to create comprehensive proposals.
• Coordinate with Proposal Specialists, Application Consultants, and Sales to fulfill scope.
• Approve costs, pricing, margins, and other commercial terms within authority.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate procedures.
