PHINIA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects—encompassing product, process, and improvement initiatives—within defined timelines and budgets. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, align with organizational goals, and drive value while managing risks and documentation.

The role requires 5+ years in similar positions, a strong background in project management methodologies, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in similar project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and implementation phases; PMBoK; PMI certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate project feasibility for implementation.
• Direct new projects including cost reduction initiatives, relocations, insourcing/outsourcing, and small program launches.
• Develop detailed plans to monitor progress and conduct follow-up meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive participation and communication among teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Manage complete project lifecycle (phase-in/phase-out).
• Report and elevate issues to senior management when necessary.
