Vertiv seeks a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead NPI projects and manage cross-functional teams from concept through market launch. You will oversee mechanical and electrical projects, drive design reviews, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover to clients, while ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and a commercial mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role essential.
• Ability to lead and mentor across a functional team environment.
• Commercially focused.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive own workload on large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• NPI leading projects, managing cross- functional team, and overseeing the transition from concept to market launch.
• Manage key mechanical & electrical projects from inception, design review, costing, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover to client.
• Weekly supervision of mechanical & electrical project / technical team from design through to handover.
• Overall responsibility for project / technical team, labor control, and coordination.
• Attend site / client meetings to ensure progress within the program and manage contractors.
• Process internal procurement and monitor manufacture and delivery with audit trails.
• Communicate with project contractors to scope and deliver documentation and correspondence.
• Monitor and report project progress, expenditure, and cost control.
• Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
