Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Guadalajara North to support program management and customer accounts. You will assist with defining time frames, staffing, and resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing executive reports.

The role involves travel and contributing to continuous improvement within projects and shipments. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, NPI experience, and excellent communication with customers and leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Fluid English communication at various levels.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining programs.
• Experience preparing commits, project schedules (Gantt charts), and tracking actions from CFT meetings.
• Basic knowledge of PNL (Profit & Loss) management.
• Strong communication skills interacting with customers and senior leadership.
• Knowledge of CSR requirements, packaging specifications, and production planning.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing program proposals and defining time frames, staffing, and resources.
• Outline work plan with managers and assign duties and scope of authority.
• Coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to progress on schedule and budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive continuous improvement impacting timeline, cost, or production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delays.
