Schneider Electric in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Planner Scheduler to manage production scheduling for ETO plant & solutions. You will plan, schedule and prioritize resources to execute customer projects, aligning load centers with finite capacity and updating supply and stock parameters.

You will oversee order milestones, detailed task scheduling from entry to shipping, balance weekly workload, apply LTO per Offer Manager, and participate in capacity planning and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in SC Planning environment.
• Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning.

Responsabilidades

• For ETO plant & solutions activities, runs the Manuf. production scheduling.
• In charge of the right load balance and the synchronization of product families and different load centers with finite capacity.
• Ensures the update of key parameters of supply and stock management.
• Puts the milestones of the order as late as possible, according to customer needs, schedules the different tasks from order entry until shipping for each project.
• Balances global workload weekly and allows some changes during the week for order release.
• Apply LTO as per defined by Offer Manager and highlight SCM and tendering if any deviations.
• Uses the families defined by Manufacturing engineering department in each sector to assign a reliable workload to each load center.
• Supervise for the plant the production order / Lead Material Requirement planning (MRP).
• Participates to planning SIM and complete the load/capacity excel sheet.
• Schedules in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line and assigns the load centers to the different tasks.
