CONFIDENCIAL in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Production Planner to deliver the weekly production plan, balancing materials and capacity. You will lead plan reviews, monitor shortages, and ensure alignment with budgeted hours through collaboration with the functional team.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and a solid understanding of planning principles, with a bachelor's degree in industrial, logistics or related engineering. This position is based on-site in Querétaro.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the weekly production plan, considering available materials and capacity.
• Follow up on production plan compliance with the functional team.
• Lead weekly production plan review meetings with the assigned functional area team.
• Track missing materials for the area in charge.
• Control inventory of subassemblies and finished products.
• Follow up on urgent material needs.
• Provide responses to distribution centers regarding delivery date requests.
• Attend Gemba, provide information, and follow up on actions with the functional team.
• Ensure the production plan aligns with the budgeted hours.
• Request distribution centers to open orders if the PO is closed.
• Review demand changes and coordinate necessary actions.
