Essity Monterrey plant is seeking a Production Planner to oversee the development of the Production Schedule, balancing material flows with Finished Goods demand, and prioritizing production according to S&OP requirements.

You will ensure availability of raw materials and production time, update and monitor SAP/APO data, and collaborate with Operations, Warehousing, Supply Chain, and DCs to keep production on track. A safety-focused mindset and GMP adherence are essential.

Formación

• Experience with production planning and S&OP processes.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations, Warehousing, Supply Chain and DCs.
• Strong focus on safety culture, GMP compliance, and incident reporting.
• Experience creating and analyzing production reports and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and balance the Production Schedule by balancing material inflows and demand, prioritizing production per S&OP.
• Ensure raw materials and production time availability across resources; create Purchase Requisitions and supplier forecasts.
• Monitor production rate variations and maintain stable performance across lines.
• Forecast capacity by technology and work center for each cycle.
• Update SAP/APO with production orders, downtime, reports, BOMs, routings, and related data.
• Prepare reports on projected production volumes, paper consumption, and balance analyses.
• Coordinate Mother Reel requirements, ensure quality with Technical and Production teams, and manage MR logistics.
• Lead the S&OP process by developing demand planning structures and monitoring KPIs.
• Promote safety and quality culture; comply with OHS, Life-Saving Rules, and GMP.
• Report quality incidents and uphold food safety across the team.
