Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes and standards including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities to optimize procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals for smooth operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data for decision-making.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories to meet account requirements.
