Mexicali RTX Corporation in Mexico is seeking a procurement professional to support key procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies. The role includes managing RFPs, cost analyses, and negotiations with suppliers.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, and services and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include preparing POs, analyzing price proposals, and maintaining records.

Formación

• University degree with at least 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement processes and standards including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in the development of request for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
• Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories, ensuring account requirements are met.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, proactively resolving issues such as shortages and delays.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity, fostering strong partnerships.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Maybe responsible for delivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency.
