Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to support key procurement processes, standards, and operational strategies. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, assisting with negotiation preparations, and conducting cost analyses.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate purchasing of goods, materials, supplies, and services, and maintain records to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Acts as primary contact for client inquiries on order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to support informed decisions.
• Provides assistance in developing RFPs and bid packages, ensuring competitive sourcing.
• Maintains records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule expedited deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for Commodity, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• May be responsible for delivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth and reliable supply chain operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency
