Lear Corporation is seeking a logistics-focused professional to coordinate supplier performance improvement plans, raw material flow, and forecasts to maintain inventory value at appropriate levels without disruptions. You will work with Advanced Purchasing to ensure proper handoff and clear responsibilities, and coordinate evaluations, training, and development.

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics or related field.
• 3+ years experience in materials procurement and materials control in automotive industry.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily critical list to prevent disruptions in production supply chain.
• Coordinate with parts supplier scheduling and coordination.
• Calculate raw material inventory value projections and control excess inventory using ABC model.
• Eliminate excess and obsolete raw material older than 13 weeks.
• Calculate supplier delivery performance and follow up on shortages and over-shipments.
• Control expired material and review safety standards weekly.
• Resolve purchase order issues.
• Conduct 12-week analysis of problematic components.
• Analyze incoming premium freight and drive its elimination.
• Track supplier charges and maintain freight charge records.
