Caterpillar is seeking a Logistics Planning Analyst to independently manage a subset of high-risk suppliers and to facilitate execution of planned orders to satisfy critical customer orders.

You will lead supplier collaboration, balance schedules, and monitor demand and lead times to improve overall supply chain performance. This on-site role requires strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English (Advanced).

Responsabilidades

• Expedite materials from suppliers and Caterpillar facilities into distribution network.
• Collaborate on schedules causing constraints and improve shipping performance.
• Lead supplier collaboration meetings and balance planning gaps.
• Review and resolve demand spikes to smooth load and capacity.
• Monitor incoming requests and backorders with supply chain tools.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet short-dated schedules.
