Formación

• Experience with procurement processes and RFPs would be beneficial.
• Strong cost analysis and negotiation preparation skills would be valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Executes procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in the development of RFPs and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
• Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolves shortages/delays.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for commodity alignment with business needs.
• Maybe responsible for delivery assurance activities, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
