Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement processes and standards, including RFP management, negotiations, cost accountability, and program implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compile and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in the development of RFPs and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
• Maintain records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, resolving shortages and delays.
• Manage relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity.
• Oversee schedules and purchase orders for commodity alignment with business needs.
• May be responsible for delivery assurance activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
