Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf is seeking a procurement professional to manage internal requisitions, supplier terms and purchase orders for teams in Mexico. You will develop cost-saving strategies, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely procurement across locations to support client and internal processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, vendor selection, and process adherence while contributing to cost reductions and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provides procurement services for a location, department or designated business unit.
• Performs day-to-day purchasing for assigned area(s).
• Follows standard policies and procedures to identify appropriate vendors, secure the best price and establish delivery terms.
• Enters, confirms and expedites purchase orders, in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintains file system for purchase orders and correspondence.
• Reviews onsite inventory levels and issues / modifies orders for stock replenishment.
• Supports departmental goals for expense management, high service levels and excess inventory reduction.
• Generates monthly and other periodic reports.
