Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) is seeking a Manager, Strategic Planning and Analysis to lead enterprise planning, prioritization, and decision-support efforts. You will integrate inputs from Research, Finance, Academic Programs, IT, and other teams to align strategy and allocate resources.

The role emphasizes translating evidence into practical options for leadership, modeling scenarios, and driving cross-functional collaboration across international markets.

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred in business administration, strategy, economics, public policy, data analytics, or related field; bachelor’s may be considered with experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise planning, strategic planning, portfolio management, business analysis, or related analytical roles.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at CEFR B2 or higher; ability to present complex analyses to senior leaders.
• Strong ability to synthesize information into implications, options, and recommendations for executives.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual, multi-year, and scenario-based planning processes to set priorities.
• Assess competing initiatives and develop portfolio frameworks for resource decisions.
• Translate research and data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Coordinate planning across departments and regions to build consensus.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and potential risks for strategy.
• Define KPIs and ROI to guide resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Develop reusable prioritization tools and perform ad hoc strategic analyses.
