Institute For Study Abroad is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data and AI to own the end-to-end data lake and analytics strategy in a growth-focused nonprofit environment. You will bridge executive stakeholders, advisory boards, and contractors while maintaining technical excellence.

You will lead data governance, CRM modernization, and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring secure, reliable data powering executive dashboards and insights for global programs.

Formación

• 7+ years in data architecture, engineering, analytics, or data platform management.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM integrations, and data migration projects.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex concepts for stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IFSA's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy.
• Lead the centralized data lake design, governance, and migration.
• Oversee CRM transformation and data migration to future CRM solutions.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and establish governance, security, and auditability.
• Partner with leadership to align technology with organizational goals.
• Drive analytics adoption, training, and data literacy across teams.
• Manage external vendors and Agile delivery with stakeholders.
