Institute for Study Abroad (IFSA) is seeking a Marketing Technology Administrator to own day-to-day administration of our marketing tech stack, with HubSpot at the center. You will manage workflows, forms, CRM data, permissions, and analytics, collaborating closely with the AVP of Web and Digital Marketing.

The role includes building multi-touch attribution in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, and enabling cross-functional teams across CMS, analytics, and API integrations to support enrollment

Formación

• Minimum of 2–4 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot with Marketing Hub proficiency.
• Written and spoken English at CEFR B2 or higher; able to present complex analysis clearly to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain workflows, properties, forms, lists, and dashboards without supervision.
• Experience with data hygiene: deduplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, and consent.

Responsabilidades

• Own HubSpot administration end-to-end; partner with AVP on complex builds and act as backup for critical tasks.
• Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and executive stakeholders.
• Monitor HubSpot–Salesforce sync and resolve mapping issues with Salesforce team.
