Institute for Study Abroad, Inc. seeks a technically fluent, strategic leader to own the end-to-end development of our enterprise data lake and AI-enabled analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in data architecture/engineering/analytics or data platform management.
• Experience leading enterprise data transformation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern data platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM integrations, and data migration projects.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience managing technical vendors, consultants, or external teams.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• CEFR B2 English proficiency or higher, including presenting complex analysis to senior leaders.
• Legal authorization to work in Mexico and residence in Mexico City metro area.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute IFSA's enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy.
• Lead design and evolution of a centralized data lake integrating multiple data sources.
• Oversee enterprise master data management and system-of-record standards.
• Lead CRM transformation initiatives including migrations to future-state CRM solutions.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows with governance, security, and auditability.
• Maintain data governance frameworks including data quality, metadata, privacy, and stewardship.
• Establish automated reconciliation, validation, testing, and monitoring across systems.
• Provide technical oversight of data models, integrations, SQL development, and deployment standards.
• Manage external development partners using Agile methodologies and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Align technology initiatives with executive goals and measurable business outcomes.
