is seeking a Planner/Buyer to ensure material readiness and optimize inventory to support production schedules and customer demand. You will work with the Master Scheduler to translate priorities into material plans and mitigate supply risks. Responsibilities include maintaining lead times, safety stock, and reorder points; supporting product changes and transitions; and creating reports and dashboards to guide planning decisions across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of supply chain planning experience.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency; Power BI experience preferred.
APICS certification, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, or related methodologies are a plus.
Fluent English, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

Ensure material availability by analyzing demand, inventory levels, and planning parameters.
Identify shortages, supply risks, and constraints; develop recovery plans.
Maintain planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes).
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and transitions.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support planning decisions.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory, and material flow.
