Formación

• Established network to target customer groups in healthcare/pharma.
• Sales experience in healthcare/pharma or related business is desirable.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize high-potential customers influencing prescription decisions.
• Drive sales performance through outstanding customer experiences.
• Engage in value-based conversations with healthcare professionals to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Personalize and orchestrate engagement journeys for target HCPs reflecting customer preferences.
• Develop deep customer insights and share with internal stakeholders to support content and plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions addressing unmet needs in patient care.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, upholding ethics and Sandoz Code of Ethics.
