RealTruck is seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and manage customer purchase requirements, ensuring timely order processing and responsive sales support. You will coordinate with supervisors to optimize order flow and communicate effectively with customers on status, availability, and needs.

You will build strong customer relationships, analyze data to anticipate demand, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service levels and revenue opportunities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management.
• Bilingual English Spanish (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers to understand their needs.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and requests, providing timely solutions.
• Manage open orders through fulfillment, including releases and payment disputes.
• Maintain customer resources and requirements including portals, service levels, and scorecards.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support customer needs.
