Job summary

Flex is looking for an Operations Program Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing programs and help SpinCo scale. You will drive production planning, cost efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and customer teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, lean initiatives, and delivering project milestones in a fast‑moving, high‑volume EMS environment. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, production management, program management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience within production operations, including manufacturing processes, production planning, workforce management, and daily execution.
• Proven experience leading production teams and driving operational performance in manufacturing.
• Strong customer-facing background with relationship management, issue resolution, and escalation handling.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of production planning, procurement, engineering change management, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and analytic skills for reports, presentations, and business reviews.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in EMS, electronics high-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers, solving problems, building relationships, and managing escalations.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams from initiation to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in project planning sessions and contribute to timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in cross-departmental teams to deliver projects or initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings between teams to ensure alignment.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Prepare reports or presentations summarizing progress and outcomes.
• Participate in lean initiatives.
