Flex in Juarez South is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. Reports to the Program Management Manager and collaborates with engineering, operations, and customer teams.

The role emphasizes advanced program management, cross-functional leadership across multiple departments, and accountability for P&L, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Program management skills.
• Complex program execution in large-scale technical programs.
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
• Profit & loss understanding; cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Support contract negotiations as required.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to meet development timelines and metrics.
• Manage staffing and resources for each program phase.
• Communicate with customers; act as escalation point for issues.
• Oversee customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
