Vertiv Group Corporation in Mexicali seeks an experienced MRO procurement specialist to manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery and quality for maintenance, repair and operations. You will apply problem solving tools like 5W, A3, VSM and Kaizen to address delivery and cost issues, monitor price, lead times and MOQs, and lead supplier qualification visits and audits.

• 5+ years of experience in MRO supplier management or related procurement role.
• Bachelor Degree required.
• Bilingual with high proficiency (about 90%).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop MRO suppliers to ensure optimal quality and delivery.
• Develop, maintain and foster strong MRO supplier relationships.
• Use problem solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen) to solve procurement-related issues.
• Ensure system parameters (price, lead times, MOQ, primary supplier) are maintained to improve MRO supplier performance.
• Conduct MRO supplier visits and participate in quality system audits.
• Fix invoices on hold and address root causes to prevent recurrence.
