Vertiv Co in Mexicali, Baja California, is seeking a procurement specialist for MRO. You will manage and develop MRO suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery, and foster strong supplier relationships.

You will apply problem solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen) to resolve delivery and cost issues, and monitor key parameters like price, lead times, MOQ, and primary suppliers. Occasional supplier visits and audit support are expected.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in MRO procurement or supplier management.
• Bachelor Degree required.
• Bilingual; 90% proficiency or higher.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop MRO suppliers to ensure optimal quality and delivery.
• Develop, maintain and foster strong MRO supplier relationships.
• Use problem solving tools (5W, A3, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) to solve MRO supplier deliveries and cost issues.
• Ensure system key parameters are maintained (price, lead times, MOQ, primary supplier) to improve MRO supplier.
• Conduct MRO supplier visits as required and participate in the qualification of quality system audits.
• Fix invoices on hold and address root causes to prevent recurrence.
