899 Flextronics Plastics Sa De Cv in Mexico is seeking a Materials Planning Manager located at Flex Guadalajara to lead the material planning function, aligning supply with demand and improving service levels.

Reporting to the Director of Materials, you will guide a team, develop production plans, monitor KPIs, and partner with Production, Materials, and Purchasing to ensure on-time fulfillment while optimizing inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in production control, planning, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a planning team to balance supply and demand.
• Coordinate production schedules with material availability.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory turns and OTIF and drive improvements.
• Develop reports and dashboards for cross-functional decision making.
• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Planning, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
