Job summary

Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst in Juarez, South Site, to support product growth by auditing data, preparing reports, and coordinating material planning activities. The role reports to the Production Planning Manager and involves data analysis, supplier coordination, and process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate should have 3+ years in materials/production planning, strong English, and hands-on Kinaxis and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Mandatory experience with Kinaxis.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Audits data accuracy and prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts.
• Assists in recommending actions to management based on data research.
• Collects, compiles and presents various data types.
• Prepares data-driven reports and charts from multiple sources (BOM, staff metrics, PPV).
• Reviews and maintains client data entry and item master records.
• Tracks materials financial performance and initiates corrective actions as needed.
