Flex in Guadalajara is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, development, and maintenance of supply chain processes within a manufacturing context, reporting to the Director of Materials.

Based in Guadalajara, you will direct supplier management, contract reviews, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, customers, and vendors to drive cost efficiency and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Solid experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation to reduce costs and improve service.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes.
• Oversee methods in hold up of new and existing products.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract considerations.
• Collaborate with executives, customers, and vendors.
• Drive supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements and fiscal targets.
