Metalsa, a global automotive supplier, seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to lead strategy alignment within the assigned Business Unit in Monterrey. You will oversee execution of strategic initiatives, support forecasts and long-term plans, and coordinate capital allocation discussions with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.

Strong background in FP&A, corporate strategy, and operational leadership is required, with advanced English for daily global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
• Proven experience supporting forecasts, long-term planning, and capital allocation discussions.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and operating rhythms with senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy alignment and deployment within the assigned Business Unit.
• Assure execution of strategic initiatives through standardized follow-up across regions.
• Support MAB / CAP preparation for the Business Unit.
• Consolidate the Business Unit's business growth pipeline.
• Support forecasts and Long-Term Plans (LTPs) related to capital allocation.
• Support customers' strategy definition, including business growth pipeline and price reviews (volume & market).
• Align the SBU operating way and drive alignment across BU functional areas, including plant reviews.
• Track SBU performance across operational performance, financial tracking, and strategic initiatives.
