Johnson Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and manage production schedules across plants. You will serve as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and manufacturing, ensuring resource availability and on-time delivery.

The role involves forecasting, capacity planning, and integrating NPIs into production systems. Responsibilities include building near-term schedules, coordinating with demand planning, and leading meetings to resolve issues within frozen windows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related certification.
• 3-5 years experience in materials management, production planning, or material scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities for optimizing plans under constraints.
• Travel: 5%–10%.

Responsabilidades

• Create assembly line build schedules for 0–12 weeks.
• Align with Sales & Demand planning on build requirements.
• Coordinate with shop engineers to incorporate constraints into scheduling.
• Pull data from ERP for status and reporting.
• Use Tableau/PowerBI to generate status reports.
• Lead cross-functional change management during issues in the frozen window.
• Define business requirements to drive software development.
