Jabil in Mexico, Jalisco, seeks an experienced Master Scheduler to manage the dedicated workcell’s planning activities and mentor Production Planners and Document Coordinators. You will develop and maintain the MPS, govern BOMs and routings, and ensure accurate material planning and PO coverage.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with no experience.
• APICS Certification and supervisor experience also preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times for components, internal run rates, and product scheduling sequences.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) and load into ERP.
• Ensure MPS accuracy and aim for 95% target.
• Own BOM and routing creation and document control.
• Coordinate material planning and PO coverage with suppliers.
• Lead capacity planning model and resolve uneven capacity utilization.
• Meet daily with the Workcell to optimize schedules and minimize changeovers.
• Manage EOL planning and build schedule; respond to customer demand.
• Adhere to safety and company security policies.
