Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing management experience delivering integrated programs.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and set goals for operational results.
• Experience implementing policy and strategy for short-term results and resource control.
• Demonstrated project leadership and coaching of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of integrated marketing programs.
• Ensure marketing activities are fully integrated to deliver brand and business objectives.
• Provide business strategies, tactical direction, and operational oversight.
• Develop departmental plans and manage resources for short-term results (1 year or less).
• Lead a small team of professionals and set objectives for operational results.
• Manage projects and processes and coach junior staff.
• Improve processes, systems, or products to enhance performance.
• Analyze internal/external issues and define solution approaches.
• Influence stakeholders on policies and procedures and gain cooperation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
