HP in Mexico, Sonora seeks a Supply Chain MADO Program Manager to lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs and drive integration and separation execution. The role collaborates with IMO and cross-functional teams to align Finance, IT, Legal, and Go-To-Market, delivering Day 1 readiness and value realization.

You'll guide governance, report progress to executives, and support due diligence with supply chain inputs on target operating models, risks, and upside.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or transformation roles.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration, or carve-outs preferred.
• Solid understanding of multiple supply chain domains (planning, procurement, logistics, customer operations).
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end M&A supply chain programs

• Operate within the Integration Management Office (IMO)
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations
• Manage program governance and communication with clear reporting
