Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Legal Manager to provide strategic legal guidance and act as a close business partner across the center. You will translate objectives into actionable legal steps, lead contract policy, oversee governance, and support labor and regulatory matters to mitigate risk.

The role requires a mix of private practice and in-house experience, with leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience combining private practice and/or in-house counsel.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience including senior management advisory.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary legal advisor to designated business units and functional leaders.
• Provide proactive, commercially oriented legal guidance balancing risk and growth.
• Lead contractual policy for customer and supplier agreements.
• Oversee corporate governance tasks including shareholder records and minutes.
• Support HR on labor matters and liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
• Review policies and implement relevant legal reforms and guidance.
