Epicor is seeking a Recruiter to deliver strategic and tactical recruiting for various client organizations and requisitions. You will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, source and screen a diverse slate of candidates, and drive the hiring process across multiple locations.

You will attract talent, educate managers on the process, and maintain our ATS. Strong English communication and familiarity with social media and ATS platforms are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• Experience recruiting IT roles (developers, functional, IT teams).
• Able to handle 20+ requisitions concurrently.
• Able to negotiate and close offers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and OCC usage.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen candidates using Internet resources and ATS, referrals, fairs, networking, and direct contact.
• Act as a resource for internal employees applying for positions.
• Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with HR COEs and stakeholders in the hiring process.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and advise managers.
