Jabil, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Lead to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems.

You will lead a team, manage projects, and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT services to support business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management including servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and practices.
• Exposure to PM methodologies and tools ( Agile/Waterfall ).
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus; certifications are desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to foster a high-performance environment.
• Manage implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure including networks and cloud environments.
• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Develop and enforce IT policies to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and optimize expenditures.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices for innovative solutions.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users.
