Jabil leads the world with innovative IT solutions. We are seeking an Information Technology Lead to oversee daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems, driving reliability, security, and efficiency across the organization.

You will manage a team, coordinate projects, and partner with stakeholders to align technology with business goals in a global manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in IT with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, cloud platforms).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement IT policies for security and compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to address tech needs.
• Manage IT vendors and SLAs.
• Monitor system performance and prevent downtime.
• Develop and manage the IT budget.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Provide timely end-user support.
