Jabil, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Lead to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems.

You will lead a team, manage projects, and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT services to support business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands-on experience with servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management including servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and practices.
• Exposure to PM methodologies and tools ( Agile/Waterfall ).
• ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus; certifications are desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

The Information Technology Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development of IT infrastructure and systems at Jabil, Inc. This role involves leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT services to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of Jabil's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing expenditures while ensuring necessary resources are available.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure timely and effective technical support to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management (servers, networking, cloud platforms like Azure/AWS).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certified) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
