L’Oréal, a global leader in beauty, is seeking an IT leader in Mexico City reporting to the CIO. You will act as the strategic interface between IT and our Digital and Data & Analytics business units, translating complex requirements into IT actions and delivering solutions on schedule.

The role requires agile collaboration, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive change across Digital & Analytics teams, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Experience translating complex business requirements into IT demands.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills to align IT services with business priorities.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects in Digital, CRM, eCommerce, or Data & Analytics environments.
