Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in multinational organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in performance management, organizational development, and talent planning.
• Advanced English proficiency; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop HR solutions.
• Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and organizational design.
• Support talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Lead talent review and leadership development processes.
• Advise leaders on performance management practices to maximize employee contribution and development.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Lead and support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Drive programs and actions that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
