Job summary

Molex Guadalajara is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR interface for designated departments, aligning HR strategies with business priorities and delivering superior results.

You will join the DSS division’s HR team, collaborating with leaders and colleagues to create a positive, safe, and high-performance work environment and advance company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Labor Relations, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
• 7 years’ HR Generalist experience in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of the local talent market and labor law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Provide strategic HR consultancy to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Molex corporate policies and statutory labor requirements.

• Provide strategic HR consultancy to improve employee performance, retention, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Molex corporate policies and statutory labor requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Previous experience as an HRBP.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (5 Why’s, 8D, DMAIC, etc.).
• Ability to lead transformation and continuous improvement processes.
