nVent in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an experienced Credit & Collections professional to manage large, high‑risk customer accounts and lead collections efforts. You will resolve past‑due invoices, review credit holds, and partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to protect company credit exposure.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance, fluency in English, and strong Excel skills. You will mentor teammates and drive process improvements across collections workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance (Accounting preferred).
• Demonstrated ability in Credit & Collections or related areas.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNT).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large, sophisticated, high‑risk customer accounts and serve as primary contact to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
• Engage with customers to resolve past‑due invoices and ensure collections per terms.
• Review and disposition credit hold orders, assess risk and support timely order releases.
• Mentor team members on complex accounts and resolve advanced credit/collections issues.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to resolve delinquency issues.
