Essity is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Controller to lead LATAM financial planning, reporting and control across TI sites, with focus on COGS, budgeting and CAPEX. You will drive monthly closings, oversee EBIT and working capital Deviations and partner with sites to ensure timely, accurate financial information.

• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of product costing, cost allocation, stock valuation, budgeting and forecasting, CAPEX, financial reporting and COGS analysis.
• Fluent in Spanish with strong English skills for international collaboration.
• Experience in international/cross-regional environments.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power BI, SAP, BW, data lake and AARO is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Budget and Forecast processes across LATAM sites including EBIT, Working Capital, CAPEX and COGS variance analysis.
• Oversee Monthly Closing, consolidated EBIT, alignment with reporting standards and COGS/Working Capital deviations.
• Drive COGS reporting and YoY variance analysis with insightful recommendations.
• Consolidate and monitor CAPEX reporting; provide visibility on funds, forecasts and accuracy.
• Coordinate depreciation processes between manufacturing sites and GBS.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and sites to prepare inflation reporting for raw materials.
• Manage Fully Loaded profitability reporting and help standardize global reporting methods.
• Assist ISC with Quarterly Outlook and 3-Year Plan preparation.
• Partner with sites and global stakeholders to ensure quality financial information.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate Finance activities.
