LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controlling Senior Specialist in a manufacturing setting to consolidate finances, support forecasting and closing, and develop reporting tools. You will collaborate with multiple functions to provide insightful financial guidance and drive plant performance.

The role requires strong FP&A/controlling background, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, and advanced English. Travel may be needed to support business needs beyond standard hours.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling or financial analysis within manufacturing.
• Automotive industry experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data visualization tools preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Ability to present financial information to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel and support after-hours work when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Support the reporting and consolidation of financial information for the SB PL.
• Analyse financial statements to drive insights.
• Develop new tools to enhance plant financial performance (in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).
• Provide financial information and guidance to plants.
• Be flexible to cover roles from Plant Controller to Financial Analyst at plant level.
• Adhere to financial procedures and policies.
• Utilize MS Office, OneStream and JD Edwards as preferred software.

We are seeking a Controlling Senior Specialist with strong experience in FP&A, controlling, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in consolidating financial information, supporting forecasting and closing processes, developing reporting tools, and providing financial insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the reporting & consolidation of Financial Information for the SB PL.
• Analys financial statements.
• Development of new tools to enable plant financial performance (in excel, PBI, PPT) in order to enable the plant's Finance team performance.
• Provide financial information & guidance to plants.
• Availability to cover different roles from Plant Controller to Financial analyst at plant level.
• Financial Procedures and Policies
• Computer skills: software: MS Office, OneStream, JD Edwards preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis within a manufacturing environment.
