Job summary

albo is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, and performance reporting, turning financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.

You will collaborate across Accounting, Business, Product, and People teams to ensure data accuracy, build and maintain financial models, and monitor KPIs across business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and solid FP&A experience.
• Strong command of budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasts and models for the business.
• Participate in monthly close and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare reports, management presentations and KPI tracking.
• Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast to identify variances and drivers.
• Monitor revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability across lines.
• Improve reporting processes and automate financial analysis.
