Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce is seeking a Financial Accounting Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring across operations. You will develop financial models, analyze variances, and prepare P&Ls for vendor bids to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance, a 4-year degree, and strong Power BI, Excel, and Python/SQL skills. On-site work schedule is Monday to Friday with collaboration across sales and FP&A.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience as an analyst or senior analyst.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.
• Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.
• Presents regular financial reports to management.
• Supports FP&A in preparing forecasts and budgets for divisions.
• CAPEX analysis and preparation.
• Liaises between Sales and FP&A to align planning and performance analysis.
• Identifies automation opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepares P&L for RFPs to solicit bids from vendors.
