Job summary

Infoblox, based in Mexico City, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst — FP&A to join our Americas FP&A team. You will partner with critical functions to model, plan, forecast, and report performance, using Anaplan, Excel, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools to deliver actionable insights.

You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, build robust financial models, and present variance analyses to executives, helping steer strategic decisions with data-driven narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling and data consolidation.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning platforms.
• Experience building dashboards and executive reporting in Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controls.
• Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools responsibly.
• Ability to translate data into concise insights and narratives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across distributed teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning in Anaplan with functional leaders.
• Analyze drivers such as headcount, OPEX, pipeline, margins, and ROI.
• Build, maintain, and audit Excel financial models for base, upside, and downside scenarios.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly budget versus actuals reviews and explain variances.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reports.
• Consolidate and validate data from financial and operational systems to improve reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, Revenue Ops, Treasury, and stakeholders for month-end close and governance.
• Act as a trusted FP&A advisor to GTM and other leaders with actionable recommendations.
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate data prep and narrative development while protecting data.
• Identify opportunities to automate FP&A workflows and strengthen data quality and controls.
