Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience & insurance industry experience.
• FP&A knowledge related to Budget and Forecast processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth expense variance analysis vs. plan and prior periods.
• Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
• Prepare analysis and formatting data for budget reports.
• Collaborate with groups to resolve budget/forecast issues.
• Validate cost savings analyses and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Identify risks related to expense controls and budgets.
• Generate timely reports for departments and profits.
