Job summary

AIG SEGUROS MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. is seeking an Analyst II Financial Control to oversee expense management and contribute to the annual Budget and monthly Forecast.

The role requires strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, and FP&A experience in the insurance sector, with emphasis on cost control and financial reporting to senior leaders. You will prepare expense analyses, monitor variances, develop indicators and tools, ensure compliance with budget, and support board presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience in insurance.
• FP&A knowledge related to Budget and Forecast processes.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expense management and support annual Budget and monthly Forecast.
• Monitor financial controls and analyze monthly company performance.
• Analyze expenses allocations and KPI support for spending insights.
• Prepare expense reports to evaluate risk management and cost saving opportunities.
• Provide data-driven information for board meetings in a timely manner.
